Position Summary

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Client Services will be responsible for both strategy and execution and will bring a “roll up your sleeves” mentality to the position with overall responsibility for providing leadership, direction, and administration of all marketing, sales, and customer experience initiatives for Valley Hospital. Together with the departmental team members, the role drives supports, and models a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, service excellence, and the overall patient experience. Project Intern – InMySteps Foundation

Our Client- InMySteps Foundation, an initiative created in 2021 by Rise & Learn Global to help young people coming out of tertiary training to access opportunities to practice their trade, get mentorship, access career coaching, and develop transformational leadership capabilities.

Position Summary

Reporting to the InMySteps Project Coordinator, the Project Intern will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and execution of the InMySteps Foundation including managing the end-to-end process of shortlisting and Training interns, and coordinating with various stakeholders (trainers, partners, mentors, suppliers). The role will be responsible for project administration, monitoring the progress of interns, and supporting the search for new organizational partners. The intern will be responsible for testing and providing feedback on the InMysteps APP functionality, execution of InMySteps events, daily management, and App software presentation to clients. The Project Intern shall also address the user queries and progress updates while serving as a tester to provide feedback to the software developers. We are seeking a committed and dedicated individual with high integrity to join the InMySteps Foundation team.

The position shall serve as a tester while enhancing their coding skills in collaboration with experienced developers. We are seeking a committed and dedicated individual with high integrity to join the InMySteps Foundation team.
